The Art of Richard Luce, Western and Historical Art, May 31-June 3, 2012, Reception May 31, 5:30 PM, Rob Morris Chapel
Richard has devoted his life to portraying the history he loves and now he is bringing some of his exciting original works to Kentucky for this one-man show.  Bring a friend to this member-only event sponsored by The Arts Association of Oldham County and The Oldham County Historical Society in conjunction with the Colonial Trade Faire and Arts on the Green. Derby En Plein Air, April 29, 2012
Mark your calendar today. This is a spectacular opportunity for you to enjoy  Frank and JoAnn Luecke’s  lovely sculptured garden property the Sunday before Derby.  A garden specialist and assistants will be on hand for questions.  You will be free to roam the property and enjoy spring cocktails and small plates under tent.  One artist will be in residence creating an original Plein Air work, which will be made available through a raffle draw at the end of the day.  Advance tickets to members available in March at $50.00 per individual ticket.

Volunteers are needed to help keep Gallery 104 open extended hours through the upcoming holiday season. 

If you have time available or know of any responsible adults or teens who would like to volunteer with us, please contact me.  We will have new persons shadow-train with experienced  sales artists until comfortable. Students will have hours documented for school needs.  All volunteers must be AAOC members.

Please consider donating a few hours, especially on weekends.  We have so many beautiful handmade works to sell.
